Sorry what I meant is, it doesn't make sense to take a risk at above the offer price until more details are apparent, so I don't think your "small' purchase or anyone else's has pushed this up IMO. And the big boys wouldn't put big money at risk going above offer (level 2 would be nice to see how many have traded above offer) and therefore I feel it is the clowns at Nord snapping up the shares as they know they will have to offer more if this doesn't go through.
The borrowing is another good point........how much do they owe HRG? You could take this right off the share price to see what their discount is for not having to pay back the loan.............
I wish all you guys the best and at the very least EVERYONE has been reminded of these weasels intentions! As i have always said, they want this asset for a reason that most of the market doesn't even know......PROGNOZ!!!!!!!!
