So they're making another lowball bid for our shares again... like they did before starting at
.30... scums...

- using takeout price, we're trading at a PE of 7 based on 2011 results (EPS
.20) and a PE of 5 based on last quarter's results annualized (
.07 x 4 @
.28)

- They're making the bid BEFORE the release of the updated resources at Buryatzoloto, and didn't they say life of mine likely to increase 15 years minimum?

- Next year, BISSA comes online with an additional 100koz annual production, taking HRG yearly production to about 450-500koz!

- How about all the cash/cash equivalents we have on hand? They might as well use that to buy us out, which they probably are! Twits!

- Not to mention Prognoz...

I won't be selling my shares. Let's see how tight the minorities can stick together this time.
