My comments below Peego's post below.

So they're making another lowball bid for our shares again... like they did before starting at
.30... scums...

- using takeout price, we're trading at a PE of 7 based on 2011 results (EPS
.20) and a PE of 5 based on last quarter's results annualized (
.07 x 4 @
.28)

- They're making the bid BEFORE the release of the updated resources at Buryatzoloto, and didn't they say life of mine likely to increase 15 years minimum?

- Next year, BISSA comes online with an additional 100koz annual production, taking HRG yearly production to about 450-500koz!

- How about all the cash/cash equivalents we have on hand? They might as well use that to buy us out, which they probably are! Twits!

- Not to mention Prognoz...

I won't be selling my shares. Let's see how tight the minorities can stick together this time.

I agree Peego, absolutely a joke!!! This should not be allowed to take place but once again thank our regulators who refuse to take any action...............aren't they there to make sure shareholders and markets aren't manipulated???

Here's some food for thought, page 18 under parent on the first link, and page 12 on the second link.

Let me do the math, $81,000,000 lent to Nord Gold affiliates at the end of 2011, another $51,500,000 in the first quarter of 2012 for a grand total of $132,000,000 dollars lent to NORD GOLD. Divide that by 840,218,962 outstanding and NORD owes HRG .16 cents per share!!!!!
