Mordy and the 58 million shares in Lock-UP

Mordy and the 58 million shares in Lock-UP

According to their most recent SEDAR filing Mordy has 58 million shares pledged,

There are 840,218,962 shares of which they own 639,627,472, plus 58,050,206 gives them 697,677,678  or 83.03%  if you can believe them.  But they are still way short of the majority of the minority.  They need 50%+1 of 200,591,490  or 100,295,746.  So we go up from here.  Can someone vet my math in case I made a boo boo.

Thanks

CJ

P.S. Mordy, you will pay big time!

SEDAR about the lockup.

Nordgold has executed lock-up agreements with a number of substantial High River minority shareholders, including three of the largest shareholders, as well as with former members of High River executive management, under which they have all agreed to tender their High River shares and accept the GDR Offer. The aggregate number of High River shares subject to the lock-ups is 58,050,206, which represents approximately 28 percent of the High River shares not already owned by Nordgold and its affiliates.
