strategy

The fight for a higher SHARE PRICE OFFER

needs to take a more organized aspect.

Instead of using negative words toward the acquirer,

we should recognize their high calibre and persistent qualities,

to which we, the minority shareholders, should counter

proper strategy and tactics in order to obtain the desired outcome.

I suggest that we all do the following, if possible:

1. Release funds from other dead -in -the water stocks;

2. Buy at least 10% more HRG stock over 1.40,

which would not change much of your average;

3. Signal to the NG chaps your intentions by moving your selling price

on Level II over the desired price of ASK of say, 2.50;

4. Counter their valuation committee with a really

 independent group of investor activists

 to show the real value of HRG in the press in comparison

with the PRICE/ EARNING RATIO

for several other producers of gold;

(in my opinion, it should be 3,50 – 4)

5. If the price of gold keeps increasing in the meantime,

as expected, adjust your buying % of HRG upward and the ASK on level II also.

6. Pledge a small amount ( $100 ?) for a fund

to buy newspaper coverage of the fight between

the minority and the majority, which might increase

the interest of other investors in following the process and  by adding their buying power.

Please add  to or correct these suggestions and show a unity of effort toward the goal.

185k , target 2.65
