I will assume the beef was produced in the same plant as the other rotten beef on recall all over Canada.  And, I also suspect that Nord and their advisors are trying desperately to fiqure out how to deal with massive fireworks once the pull their pants down wirh an under $3.5 per share offer price.  

This will be a disaster for them and they know it.  We will legally and publicity drag their Nord name through the mud. And they know it.
