So the offer or valuation was suppose to be out by the end of 3Q12, no?

I will assume the beef was produced in the same plant as the other rotten beef on recall all over Canada.  And, I also suspect that Nord and their advisors are trying desperately to fiqure out how to deal with massive fireworks once the pull their pants down wirh an under $3.5 per share offer price.   This will be a disaster for them and they know it.  We will legally and publicity ...more

I'm sure they and their cronies are hard at work in fudging the numbers to justify their pathetic offer.
