NORDGOLD Pay now, or pay more later

NORDGOLD Pay now, or pay more later

I cannot see the trades on ATS, but NORD can't be winning enough shares on the Canadian exchanges to make a sizeable dent in their accumulation of shares. HRG is inexpensive and Mordy is just plain cheap and makes too many fatal errors late in the game.

Consider this, when Nord's offer fails, NORD stock will tank, Mordy won't be able to pay out dividends or he will get sued. Lefa mine is bleeding cash, and oh I almost forgot, NORD won't have any liquidity and needs CAPEX money. BISSA is ready to roll, and the money was paid out of operations. HRG will gush cash in 2013, and he knows it.

Every day some Euro trash bank (Russian) pumps NORD, yet no buyers, hmmm guess no one wants Mordy's paper.

So Mordy, don't offer a "fair" price now, because you will be paying 3X in a year from now.

Love CJ
