According to the Toronto Stock Exchange, Nord Gold NV's extended offer to buy all of High River Gold Mines Ltd.'s outstanding shares will expire at 12:01 a.m. (Toronto time) on Saturday, Dec. 8, 2012. Therefore, all trades in High River shares completed on Dec. 6, 2012, will be for regular settlement. All trades completed on Dec. 7, 2012, will be for special two-day settlement on Dec. 11, 2012.
