Things are starting to look interesting here. Forget trying to buy the minority shareholders out.........let the sp rise substantially, package up all your other gold holding and let the chinese know your ready to sell.
Just prior to making the deal..........when the sp is hovering around 2 bucks, exercise all the outstanding warrants and drop another 60 mill into the kitty.
Sounds a little far fetched, but if the rumours are true about Severstall wanting to sell it's gold operations and concentrate on steel, then this is a very plausible scenario.

Anyone know if these warrants are transferable? Can Severstal sell then to Trokia?
