Actually this doesn't upset me at all and is entirely believable.  It is highly possible that the audit firm underestimated what it would take to finalize the audit.

At current debt repayment they will be debt free within 1 year this should really give the stocks a boost. don't forget they want those shares from Troika.   Was wondering how they were going to do both.  Amazed they released anything at all.  I believe we are good to go.  LEt them have the 150M at .76  on Monday even if the stock is at a $1 by this Friday

I did 10+ years at PWC, so spare me that audit could not be completed on time.  PWC is bound by professional  "ethics"  to supply copies of working paper files, etc to the new auditor of record.  When KPMG became the new auditor they knew full well what to expect and budget their audit staff accordingly.  Granted the KPMG office out of Toronto ...more
