I am sure HRG longs have been wondering why the stock price has not been rising.  I have looked at the end of day trading, and there is something not quite right.  It would appear that someone has been using the CIBC to put sell orders in within seconds of closing.  Of course this happens all the time, BUT why would it always be the same house, always at the last 50 or so seconds, normally either knocking the price down, or keeping it down.  Kind of like a dog marking is turf.  The trade markers KW mean, K=sets the last price, and W means a buy-pass trade, Regulatory Trade – indicating the "hidden" or iceberg portion of the order was not satisfied. Depending on whether the trade was used to move the price down in accordance with UMIR, or the ByPass Cross was put up, it may or may not set the last sale price. Please use the K marker to determine the last sale price. They are also included in the volume, value, and number of transactions.

To me this is manipulation, any one else care to offer some other explanation?  Take a look for yourself!

Thanks for the info CJ, and I hope you don't mind that I used it in yet another email to the OSC.  I will write these guys everyday if I have to!!Mr. Fennell, I did not hear back from you in regards to the email I sent below last week? I have also cut a posting from the site Stockhouse with some information not readily available to most investors.  I have pasted it below

No problem, just happy to poke, dig and dig. I reconciled the trades of HRG yesterday, and I cannot find the shares I bought within 2 seconds of end of day trading.  The buy house was BMO, and I cannot find the trade, nor the share quantities.  Now BMO may route the trade through the ALFA exchange,  However the total trades were 96,550 shares as per the TSX.  Yet
