HRG Valuation

I can think of only one reason for not promoting HRG, IMO it is for a not to distant buyout offer. After all anyone capable of DD will certainly see HRG's numbers as they pertain to Nord's total production numbers. As for the previous comment of posting on Nord's message boards I agree any post should not be negative towards Severstal (Nord) but should state HRG's numbers as they apply to Nord"s production and reserves. I've stated this privately to one of our members however it continue's to occupy my thoughts. ....The other 50% owner of Prognoz as I understand is a Russian Ogliarch, why would,nt this entity be purchasing HRG shares, by doing so increasing their ownership (in a round about way) in Prognoz

I like the discussions concerning the Valuation. But there is only 1 thing important: the share price in CD$. Since serveral months yhe SP is 'flat' around 1,23.  As long as the SP is at that level, less will sell ...

To trust what Severstal/Nord says is like riding a motor bike without a helmet.....just plain stupid! lol  I believe their main objective is to be 100% owners of HRG.  They own 100% of all other entities that make up Nord and it would make everything more seamless for them in terms of reporting, efforts and PROFIT.  They HAVE been buying shares of HRG (at discounted levels ...more
