I would suspect that the other offer is from New Gold, They made an investment after conducting their DD, They know the site and its opps, I think the orginal investment was there down payment, GLTA

RE:Delisting

On the TSX website  on the listed company directory ,Harte is still listed as suspended. Not as delisted.
