Petro Rio S.A. > Possible claim

Possible claim

In reference to HRT, it would be helpful to understand who is buying the shares now at this very depressed value. There is a buyer!
The reasoning for this investigation is very simple.
Probably, now the company with cash and assets has more value with a private liquidation than the value as a public company.
If the major shareholders, together with the Board, buy the shares on the market at a discounted price (based on a purposedly issued bad news), up to a certain high control percentage, they will have interest to delist the company, take it private and later sell it on a private basis for a higher price.
We as shareholders will end to have sold our shares for a pity, and the gain will stay with the institutional sharehoders that control the company.
This behaviour is very dishonest and unfair to the small shareholders, and if true, should be protected with a report to the authorities and claimed back with a shareholders class action.
Please, provide your comments, and there is nothing wrong to be together and protect our interests.
Most of us have sold the shares with a very high loss. The company is down. But if the price is on purpose kept low for somebodyelse interest, we should act.
On my side I had to sell 385,600 shares at 0.24. Shares bought at an average price of 1.57.
I believe that I am not alone to have suffered a huge loss.
I just ask to be fair, and we have a judicial system to protect our shareholders interest ,even after we have sold our shares.
Brazil is a frontier country, but I believe that the investors should be protected even in Brazil.

Again consider that probably the major shareholders have an interest to take the company private and sell the assets on a private basis.

Good luck with that idea--- I also got caught in PSN, an out and out fraud. So far nothing has happened to anyone involved. The President and all his henchman lie their people into one war after another and nothing happens to them except they gat richer and win peace prizes. Its the way the west works. Caveat Emptor.

HRTDrama, GusGold a poster here warned 2 years ago that HRT would fail in nam and be a penny stock, most of the cretins here jumped all over him and are in the poorhouse now...a few listened and are very rich today from shorting this pos all the way from $10..looking in the mirror I would also add that GusGold is extremely handsome besides being a multimillionaire

I agree and I do not complaint about the past. It has been a big error and probably was given too much space at Mello and his overspending. Incerdible that he wasted $1.2 billions. My point is that would be very annoying that considering the new poor scenario, the Board would have taken the internal decision to buy the shares cheap on the market, to delist the company and later sell or keep what ...more
