I think in that's HR focuses on industrial and residential we'll see it appreciate $5-10 over the next decade. Malls were weighing it down. Unless something fundamentally changes with North American culture half the malls out there will be defunct. Just look at the beating and umber of mall closures after 2008-09. As it stands now PMZ is a terrible long term investment...hence why H&R has so quickly got rid of these asseststhat will only decline in value over the next decade (keep on mind the currebt NAV for PMZ is heavily overblown).
