Reverse acquisition?

Anyone here familiar with them? Is a reverse acquisition something that could happen to harvest? There are a lot of great independent cannabis players that are getting just as valuable if not more valuable than harvest and others. They fly under the radar because they are privately held. I’ve been in this industry a very long time. I just feel like it’s something that gets talked about and I could definitely see a private company scooping up a company like harvest. IMO

Private companies will do a reverse take over on publicly traded shell companies. Usually thinly traded debunk mining companies are favourites. Any deal with Harvest would be a take over or merger.
