Can’t say you weren’t warned. Repeatedly.

Well management, dangerdave , and Tex will perpetuate the fairy tale no doubt. No dilution? Come on man what else is it when ownership has dropped to 21% when fully exercised/converted. So far. I doubt it ends at this level. Interest reduction to 'only' LIBOR plus 9.5%? Hello, the rate went to 20% for a few months as a bridge to the current debt. That bridge cost $896,734 in 'cash transaction costs' plus 29.4 million warrants, plus non cash transaction costs. All to get back to LIBOR + 9.5% where it started. Wow. Read notes 10-12 in the financials.  Buy back the 80% at 200% ??? How ? Cash flow from the 20% ownership? Dreaming. They wrote down their inventory by 75% because it costs 4 times as much to produce and ship as what it sells for! Not only do I not feel bad saying I told you so but bahahaha .. he who laughs last, laughs best. I'll say it again. Shareholders will not see one cent, the debt holders have taken 79% so far and the rest is inevitable. I doubt they will ever recoup their investment either. You know, just my opinion, ...... again.

Maxi pad - the perpetual basher. Stock is up 40% since I bought. Laughing all the way to the bank. REE deposit is strong. How strong?  USA opened a consulate in Greenland. I wonder why?  In my opinion your opinion means nothing.

https://www.politico.com/news/2020/06/10/us-reopens-greenland-consulate-310885 The reopening of the consulate in Nuuk reflects “America’s commitment to deepening our cooperation with the people of Greenland and the entire Kingdom of Denmark. I added more at 11 cents. IMO, the share price has discounted all the past bad news, including dilution of ownership of White Mountain, and has ignored the potential of HUD going forward. It really does seem that REEs and niobium/tantalum are back in the game and I do not think that this is in the share price at this point. The US State Department has re-opened the Greenland embassy and is well ...more

BS up 40%? Now that's BS.LOLOLOL. We can all see your posts from 2018,2019. Your are down 80% from then. Who knows why they opened a consulate ..... not you. Maybe Trump still thinks he can buy the whole country.

Sold shares from long ago at $.60. Reloaded this year at $.095, which is up 40%. You are not very good with numbers being a retired CFO. Plus you never held HUD shares right?  Just a basher. Read Digby8 post to understand the reason for opening a US consulate in Greenland.

Sold at 60 and didn't buy any back until .095? BS again. Hasn't traded there since 2017. So calling me a basher at 50,40,30,20 was WRONG wasn't it ! OR, if you actually did sell, AND didn't buy any back, you should be thanking me. You sold 100% of the gravel pit at 60? What's 20% of it worth today, cause that's all you own now. Plus a ton more debt.

And no I never owned it. Never could get straight answers from management to simple questions. The obfuscation continues in my opinion. Too big a word for a sales guy?
