New Directors

I think we can expect the new Directors to be issued options soon. I can imagine that they were a little alarmed when the share price took off recently because that would have made the exercise price much higher. Perhaps that's why the big asks came in, that is, to put a cap on the share price until the options are issued. Just thinking out loud...

More upset that the old directors were rewarded new options for doing a crappy job. Absentee directors !! Blew construction and implimentation stages. You hire a board that has expertise in the areas you need so you get an extra look at risk management issues. The new directors have great knowledge and experience on paper. Let them put those attributes to work for the compant and the options ...more

I agree, and I was pissed off to see the old directors getting options too. I actually don't have a problem with the new ones getting options. I think they will earn them. Once they are officially on the BOD and have received their options, I expect the uptrend to resume.
