Not doing any good venting on the forum so I emailed Hudson with the question of where we are at and the future  , it didn't take maybe a hour for a reply from Jim . As per Jim " Selling the Sarfartoq project was the best way to fund the company over the past year . We got 4.5M and 5% of the future mine without having to fund our portion which can be very expensive . We have 31 ...more

Thanks rkelly5. First, sillyme, that 3.5 mill. it was U.S. dollars....4.5 cdn, that helps some. Having missed the U.S. $, what have I missed re the 5% carried interest ? What I read is a conditional 5%......if financing or change of ownership etc within 5 yrs happens......yet Jim simply states we 'have' a 5% carried interest. Huh ?

What I take from this is maybe we will keep our 31% intrest in White Mountain and sell them Anorthosite from a 100% owned mine . We will get a small cut from a REE mine , but we will never get anywhere near the whole pie on either White Mountain or the REE . At this point i think this is best case sernario and hope that  maybe we will get a cash flow before we have to delute .

While it is good to get an update from Jim it really doesn't tell us a lot or answer our many other questions ... Is the Anorthosite mine actively being mined? If so how many tons of anorthosite is being added to the warehouse each month?  How many tons are in the warehouse at the moment?  How many tons were shipped from the mining site in 2021? Is there a customer for the ...more

Hayfield , the 100% Hudson owned Anorthosite mine is not White Mountain , we no longer run White Moutain . From the looks of things we are not ready to fold up yet , there seems to be a plan B , or may be C or D , not sure how many plans we have had at this point .
Comment by HayField on Aug 28, 2022 11:10am
Hi rkelly5 - all my questions were about White Mountain - we own 33% of it so in my opinion we should be getting updates about it - I mean if they can't make a go of it with White Mountain then why would they be able to make a different mine work - we don't even know where this other mine is - is it close to an Ocean dock like White Mountain is - is it as pure as White Mountain, would it ...more

Thank you HayField. Great questions, and we deserve answers. Lumina, our 31%, is our most valuable asset....and we know nothing, zilch, about it's progress. We have the right to buy back 100% of Lumina......huge possibilities...and we know nothing. Now we've acquired another possible anorthosite mine, which speaks to the likelyhood of some success being seen at Lumina (white mtn), but that ...more

maybee it's worth giving it a chance but I don't think we have a right to even know what is going on over there, it's a privete company and we owe 31 or 33 percent but that is not enough to have control of what is going on and because it is private company doesn't have to report anything to the public, the way they did this is a disgrase in my opinion, I wouldn't mind if we ...more

Brazil2 , the only good thing I see in all of this is there is another company developing an Anorthosite mine as well as Hudson developing another . That tells me there is planned long term use for the product by at least one industry . We both know we are luckey we are not bankrupt at this point  My hopes for a $2 stock are long gone  , break even and go home may be expecting to much ...more

that's true rkelly5, maybee my expactations are too high at this point, lets see what happens in the next little while we are not bankrupt so that is positive, but hell you don't expect that to happen when you invest in a company with such good properties, I do bealive it's past managments fault that is why my frastration and I think the new one isn't any better looking at what is ...more

Current management, imo, made the hard decision to face reality, and move forward. Cannot imagine HUD future had they not taken the opportunity. I'm onside with current management; well done guys.

I agree , I'm only down 91% now , could have been 99.5% .
Comment by brazil2 on Sep 28, 2022 9:25am
looks like they just eaten more of the 9% you have left, don't worry by the time they are over with this 100% will be gone in my opinion!  Not much left to eat up so that's that.

brazil2 , paying debt with stock may be a good sign , X employees would not settle for stock if they saw no value . I knew when the CFO dissipeared we had issues . One problem is Europe is not going to be buying Green for awhile , after they freeze their butts off this winter they may never buy Green again . Better to let the seas rise and flood out all the rich folks water front houses than ...more

Who is dumping stock then?
Comment by rkelly5 on Sep 28, 2022 2:50pm
brazil2 , I don't know , but if they are dumping for a couple cent,s they are scrapimg bottom and we are finished . I do see there is some movement on the selling side today , might be a good time to load up . Whats 1.8 mil x 3 cent U.S , around $5400 ?
Comment by brazil2 on Sep 29, 2022 11:06am
I hope you are not in accounting it is 54,000$ but it was sold for .04, anyway unless we get good news from lumina this will be in the dog house, I am sure shipping costs is killing the whole idea of white mountain!  But we don't even have the right to find out because of managment, we should have sold the resource and share the money with share holders but hey that don't give fees ...more

brazil2 , I invested in True North Gems , Hudson , and North American Nickel , all gambling on Greenland . I think the Greenland Gov. was the down fall of True North Gems and to a large extent to Hudson . Hudson had and has poor management , North American Nickel ( PNR ltd. ) on the other hand had and has good management , not enough nickel in the ground to justify a mine . North American Nickel ...more

if this transaction is so great why 5mill has been dumped?  Great job managment!
Comment by Maxmoe on Oct 13, 2022 4:27am
Sad, really sad. There's been a procession that dump and run and never look back. What relief they must feel.  So who was it this time. There aren't many shareholders with 7 digit shareholdings so the most obvious would be the apex fund guys pulled the plug. They already took the mine and hud shareholders got the shaft so I'm not sure why they'd need to be involved any longer. ...more

We haven't gone bankrupt yet , they may be waiting to finalise the sale of our ree , spend that money and strip the company to the bone before filing . I can't see where the planed dirt pit is going to pull us out of the hole .
Comment by brazil2 on Oct 13, 2022 2:21pm
rkelly5 you might have nailed it, well all the signs in sky are suggesting that this is happening, we have lost control of lumina they can do what ever they want, we are selling billions worth for pennies on the dollar, managment seems to care only about getting paid no wonder this sits at 3 cents most see what is happening!  Now for those that buy well maybee they shorted this bs and they ...more
