RE:RE:Hastings to acquire strategic holding in Neo Performance Mat

RE:RE:Hastings to acquire strategic holding in Neo Performance MatWhile it is good to get an update from Jim it really doesn't tell us a lot or answer our many other questions ...

  • Is the Anorthosite mine actively being mined? If so how many tons of anorthosite is being added to the warehouse each month?  How many tons are in the warehouse at the moment?  How many tons were shipped from the mining site in 2021?
  • Is there a customer for the anorthosite and if so how many tons are they buying annually?  What happened to your main customer rumoured to be Owens Corning - are they still under contract and buying?  Do they have any interest at all?
  • The rotary drum dryer was installed in fall 2020 - was it used throughout the winters of 2020 and 2021 and did it prevent clumping?
  • The secondary crusher was only running at 50% and was a bottleneck - has this been corrected?
  • The first shipment in Savannah in fall 2019 that was bagged and shipped to customers was rejected as it was contaminated with gravel - was the contamination from the mining site or from the Savannah warehouse?  Has this issue been corrected?  Were non contaminated bags ever sent to those customers later for evaluation?  Are any of those potential customers still buying product?
  • You shipped some product to South America about a year ago - what was the outcome as there wasn't any update after that?
  • Years ago you send information to shareholders indicating that in 5 years the share price could be in the $2 to $5 range ... what happened and do you foresee any increases in the share price in the next year?   Is Hudson Resources under valued at the present share price? What range might you expect?
  • On your website there is a link to a Twitter account but Twitter says the account no longer exists - what happened?
  • Why have there been so few news releases regarding the anorthosite mine?
  • Do you expect to be able to buy back the other 66% of the anorthosite mine?
