Choco-laty/ Blue Lagoon Mining has raised multi millions to get their Dome Mine operatig. There is ONE mill perrmitted in BC, which is Nicola's state of the art $30 million mill. So this is the answer to "how are they going togenerate cash. cOULD DO $10 MILLION/ per year for it's deal with Blue Lagoon. As I write Nicola is working on milling 600 tons of old stock pile, as a test run
