We have reached the point when management

Sue has been doing an amazing job of increasing transparency and helping the public better understand the company. 

However, until an uplisting to Nasdaq happens, this stock will continue to rise less than its peers like MARA and RIOT when BTC soars, and plunge more than its peers when BTC drops due to its relative low volume.

Of which today is a clear example, and MARA/ RIOT don't even have a positive NR. 

As an investor with a significant long position in HUT, I believe we have reached the point when management can't equivocate anymore and answer this question directly : what has taken you so long to make the decision to apply for an uplisting to Nasdaq?

I agree or the CEO should be replaced , it is about leadership and creating shareholder value

New management just started in December and the stock is up 400% since then..I am pretty happy with 4x in 2 months.

up 400% really implies a 5x return. i.e. up 100% is a 2x return. we live for math

Ask yourself which part of your gains were due to the surge of BTC from $18k in early Dec to $48k today and which part of your gains were due to the hard work of new management, sir.  And even if all of your gains were due to new management's work, the burden is still on them to give shareholders a clear explanation of what has taken them so long to debate whether they should apply

This NR was nice but very light. If they had included the expected hashrate at the end of installing the 5400 new machines and also the current bitcoin on hand it would have been much nicer.

Agreed. NR was disappointing. I don't expect any major news before Q4. We should be at record highs today with the price of BTC. Market was expecting to hear more
