Hut Bitf

Hut does not have enough cash to buy bitf, which would certainly want a big premium. Combinations of cash and Hut stocks may work but will damage Hut stock price near term as being the bigger company and acquirer. A merger may possibly make sense but gets complicated. Not sure Mr Market will like it short term. Then again only thing matters is bitcoin going back to 60000 and beyond.

hey guys, why would bitf want to acquire your accumulated deficit of 142.8 million? hive has the same problem. both of you are former tsx-v struggling mining companies.

more like a merger, they'll be creating a behemoth, producing 16 BTC/day right away, the news splash + closely followed by a nasdaq listing will be epic...eat or be eaten
