The share price is decreasing because

They are going to sell cheap shares to their friends, $500,000, they are fleasing retail investors, the CEO is useless, I bet the brought deal announced shortly will be funded by the same people who are shorting now, illegal for sure but no One protects the retail investor

I want to understand why the need for 500 million. It appears self sustainable without any funding. 500 million is a ridiculous amount of money. someone needs to ask why?
