Current operations not affected at all

CURRENT 20MW MINING OPERATIONS HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH THE COUNTY LOOKING INTO REDUCING MINING CAPACITY

HYPR is grandafthered into the current 20MW that they have and the county only looked at putting a cap on that.  The company was exploring all options.

KingBill and Gump are either ex crypto global employees or someone with a bone to pick as their BS posts are not factual.  Both your usernames and copies of your posts making false claims have been sent to Stockhouse and the OSC.  Hope you were smart enough to use a VPN.

Realitycheck is failing to mention that Missoula County considered imposing a full moratorium on crypto mining operations last fall and that the company failed to notify shareholders that the county was considering this. What’s taken place now (the power restrictions) comes as no surprise to certain people in the loop which has been unfair to the majority of the shareholders. That been said ...more

No doubt there have been issues.  I am a burnt shareholder like everyone else but constantly smashing the company on this forum does not help anyone nor does it help the share price. Bottom line is that the market cap right now is probably in line with what crypto and or cash they have in the bank and they have done a horrible job at running a public company without proper IR and PR hence ...more

Free speech! Threatening to other users to stop opposite opinion is a violation of human rights. The followed post has being reported to related regulation departments.

Guess your mistaking freedom of speech with false statements, big difference.

We were talking about something in the future so noboy really knows what will happen. Will it die or live? It is all about views/predictions. You call predication a false statement?  You are so funny! You probably cannot read very well.  All my posts were based on guess/personal views.  Those big sharks will never care about what we said here in Stockhouse, my opnion will not make ...more

Move the planned expansion to Quebec, and have the original 20MW join later when the energy purchasing agreement ends... Quebec is now trying to be very crypto friendly... I think craptoglobal had those plans originally until Quebec became crypto unfriendly... now they are changing their mind.  Leave Missoula county where they hate you and go find some love.

I am not pumping and pissed like any other shareholder. But you clearly dont own stock and are here for alterior motives.  Thats my point.  State your opinions all you want just dont post BS as if its factual. You either live in your moms basement getting paid to post or you have a bone to pick but YOU ARE CLEARLY NOT A SHAREHOLDER SO BEAT IT.

You're a complete idiot.  Anyone reading a message board like this one should do their due dilligence regarding any investment they make.  Anything Kingbill and I have ever written is pure speculation and guess work.  The real judge in all of this is the free market.  This stock traded for 1.5 cents yesterday.  It doesn't take a PHD in physics to figure out the ...more

If you want to know why this is virtually worthless now articles coming out like this one are driving it down. "Commissioners said the emergency zoning measure doesn’t target a specific business. But only one cryptocurrency operation exists in the county, that being HyperBlock, which said it could go out of business under the weight of the county’s new regulations." https ...more

They have also said their lawyers are optimistic that they will win a ruling saying the new zoning is unlawful and they should be allowed to go ahead with their expansion plans...  best case, they settle with Missoula county to be able to operate for the tenure of the energy deal and then ship off to the aforementioned Quebec.  I think I will go knock on the door and apply for Cheif ...more

The company is going to be putting forward the most extreme results of the county’s actions. If the company can show severe harm do to these new regulations which are being put in place AFTER the company started its expansion the county could be on the hook for damages. The last thing HYPER wants to do is down play this, that would make it less risky for the country. It’s like if you started ...more

100% agreed and the county could potentially be liable.  The current 20MW is not affected by this at all and its only based on the expansion which is not yet set in stone as HYPR will take all measures to fight this.

I doubt the local government is even really expecting to stop much of anything. Crypto uses a lot of power, as such is looked at as bad for the environment. With putting up a fight, even one they don’t expect to work, they can tell the voters they tried but the courts wouldn’t let them. 90% of politics is about being seen to do something not necessarily actually really doing something.
