Current operations not affected at all
CURRENT 20MW MINING OPERATIONS HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH THE COUNTY LOOKING INTO REDUCING MINING CAPACITY
HYPR is grandafthered into the current 20MW that they have and the county only looked at putting a cap on that. The company was exploring all options.
KingBill and Gump are either ex crypto global employees or someone with a bone to pick as their BS posts are not factual. Both your usernames and copies of your posts making false claims have been sent to Stockhouse and the OSC. Hope you were smart enough to use a VPN.

Free speech! Threatening to other users to stop opposite opinion is a violation of human rights. The followed post has being reported to related regulation departments.

Move the planned expansion to Quebec, and have the original 20MW join later when the energy purchasing agreement ends... Quebec is now trying to be very crypto friendly... I think craptoglobal had those plans originally until Quebec became crypto unfriendly... now they are changing their mind. Leave Missoula county where they hate you and go find some love.

100% agreed and the county could potentially be liable. The current 20MW is not affected by this at all and its only based on the expansion which is not yet set in stone as HYPR will take all measures to fight this.

I doubt the local government is even really expecting to stop much of anything. Crypto uses a lot of power, as such is looked at as bad for the environment. With putting up a fight, even one they don’t expect to work, they can tell the voters they tried but the courts wouldn’t let them. 90% of politics is about being seen to do something not necessarily actually really doing something.
