RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Current operations not affected at all The company is going to be putting forward the most extreme results of the county’s actions. If the company can show severe harm do to these new regulations which are being put in place AFTER the company started its expansion the county could be on the hook for damages. The last thing HYPER wants to do is down play this, that would make it less risky for the country.
It’s like if you started building an addition to your house and then the local government changed the set backs making your addition illegal all of a sudden. They can’t really do that.
