Coradia iLint

Alstom received an order in mid May for a number of Fuel cell powered Coradia iLint train sets.
There is an article indicating that Hydrogenics will be providing the fuel cells for these units.
I phoned the company (Hydrogenics ) to confirm that they had received an additional order from Alstrom and did not get a straight forward response. Is there anyone out there who could provide a bit of insight into why Hydrogenics would not be shouting this development from the rafters.  The Alstom announcement corresponded with the recent jump in the share price but I see nothing from the company (based on the recent quarterly report) that would explain this event.
