This is the key sentence of the press release: "Hyduke and DoAll reiterate their intent to close this transaction on the terms set out in the Amended Arrangement Agreement subject to agreement on what is required to satisfy the conditions to close."

IMO, the last statement implies that financing is not necessarily an issue, but it is the interpretation of the one or more terms of the arrangement agreement.  It could be small, or it could be big.  Re-reading the arrangement agreement, it is difficult to guess what it could be.

Clearly, paying the money is not up to debate to close the deal.  For Do All to buy HYD, they need to pay the money.  This press release seems to indicate it is a different issue than financing, being a disagreement on one or more of the conditions.

They both seem to want to close, as the press release stated both reiterated their intent. Let's hope they can clear this last hurdle.
