RE: RE: Late for reporting?

RE: RE: Late for reporting?

They  cant buy back  shares unless NCIB   was  released to the media  so this   has not happened.  Very strange to be late reporting.  No  news releases on SEDAR either.  We might see results tomorrow  and  if not  I am  expecting the company should release   news  explaining   the delay.  Knowing  how  penny ante    this company is     to report  any releases    I  am guessing they   will  report tomorrow.   I  have  no clue about these guys.  They   have reverted   back  to their tight lipped ways.  With shareholders meeting in   June  and alot of people    who bought at 1.35     or over expecting higher take over bid ,   its looking more and more that management  will  be  tossed out at  this  AGM unless  they can get  an  offer   at  about 1.40.   No  news      in the last  5 months   at all is alarming.  Last time    before the offer they were tight lipped as well  and the offer  came out of the blue  althoguh the stock  crept up a few cents before  the news.    Hard  to say whats  going on.   If  any    people have contacted management  and have a few tidbits to    share, would love to hear them.
