Penn DOT takings award

Nice surprise.  This is covered in Note 22 of the Q2 F/S but didn't look promising.  $23MM net of lawyers fees essentially pays off all debt.  Lawyers get $11MM.  On the whole I'd rather be a lawyer than a miner.
