Dexterra Consistently pays and their top and bottom line growth is moving in the right direction. I was pretty excited about their modular portion of the business but the decision to sell is the best for the company as they will focus on the areas of the business that are driving EPS. + the cost of material, labour and adoption has made their modular business capital intensive.
