What the Arbs are saying.
I doubt any self respecting take over arbs are involved, but the stock is trading at 5 times the takeover price at 3.5 cents.
Why would anyone tender when they can get 5 times the amount in the open market.
The deal gets the stock from the weak knees at Pender and the board. I doubt much else.
