I haven't followed ILC very much. Does anyone know if ILC and Ganfeng has any sstandstill agreement? Wouldn't it a good ideas for Gangfeng to buy ILC out rather than JV with it?

Not sure I've seen a "Standstill" agreement in place since I've been following this company, but if the resources pan out, Ganfeng certainly has the money in the bank to do a buyout here. Research material indicates that: 1. Raleigh Lake = Most Important, with drilling results imminent. 2. Mariana = No. 2

I'll also throw in, that with Mariana in the pocket, the research shows that this stock is worth from 18c to 23c. If I were to use the same matrix to also include what it might look like with positive drilling results from Raleigh Lake, the Fair Value of the stock could be sitting close to 1$ pending a PEA...
