RE:RE:Has anyone spoken to mgt?indeed, well oversuscribed. Let's see what portion is institutional and let's not forget Wells Fargo to be the 4th largest bank in the world. They did their due diligence before taking on this PP. Yes, the subscription price sucked but the discount was not out of line with PP's of other Nasdaq-quoted biotech companies over these last years. IMV is now cashed up for the whole of both 2019 and 2020 and milestones can now be hit with a serious high net worth / institutional shareholdership out of the U.S. on board.
