Good NRThis NR builds the base for a deal with for example (most likely!) Merck.
I think I have read earlier, here or somewhere else, tnat Fred Ors did not want to do any deals as he meant that IMV would "give away" a lot of the future value. Now IMV have 100% control.
That view (if it was his view!) forced IMV to do a lousy financing earlier this year giving away 1/4 of the company.
Maybe unfair to blame him - the entire board is of course responsible.
Currently, developing Biotech companies are not in in a hot sector, more like a stone cold sector.
That will not last.
Another problem is the Mcap of IMV. Too small for many potential investors.
