That was pretty disgusting. The offering price and quantity was nowhere close to "market context". Probably lined the pockets of the board and friends and family though.

Tough pill to swallow. I dont own any shares but I will stay close to this as it does represent a good opportunity to see where this shakes out in relation to the $1.75 USD  offering. At time of writing it is trading at $1.50 USD. I think for those already invested, it is a good opportunity to leverage out as history shows there should be a bounce back before early next week...at least recoup ...more

https://www.imv-inc.com/about-us/board-of-directors that's them lol. Also, just a reminder, these same crooks raised $25M in May of 2020. That's $25M spent in a year with no progress. Now take a wild guess where that money could've gone to.

Is my interpretation correct... 1.75 per unit purchase... 14 million units available to purchase 1 unit = the right to buy 1.75 shares at a strike price of $2.10. For a few years.... Is this bad? I hated seeing it but isnt this better than aome

So counting unit cost 'future rights'... would total share price end up being... $3.10?? If I'm right... this could've been worse. They had to have more cash.... they have so much going on.  I'm upside down percentage wise worse than probably anyone but this takes money...

I hope someone can correct my math here : 14 million new shares & 14 million new shares in the next 5 years 28 million new / 68. million existing = 40% dilution Is that correct? someone tell me its wrong is IMV truely that deperate for cash

I had to read yesterday's release and today's. Still confused... I think you're right but wonder where that .75 shares comes in... so might it be more? Snd those are warrants so if it stays below 2.10, they wouldn't exercise those warrants?
