We knew it was coming
Maybe not yet but now it is done
Dilution inevitable
Would be nice to find out where the shares ended up
Anyhow, increased my position this morning

Well I'm back in this AM. We may not level of today but I expect IMV will start to climb towards the $2.10 2.15 level on Monday.Still a gamble but worth a throw of the dice at these levels.

It seems a bit incredible that they are willing to trade almost 50% of the companies potential value for a mere 1-2 years of cash burn. Especially when they have spent 20 years in development and we are currently in a vaccive hungry world. I really dont understand.

Actually, it tells us alot. Simply put. They need money to operate.

Buckstop -- it mainly tells us that Management is incompetent. And shareholders is of no significance to them Science is there. But maybe the worst handling of a potential i have ever seen

In operating you mean to pay themselves. This once promising company has turned into a bad joke. All they have done is left a bunch of  long term investors with significant losses and I really wonder if they have anything of any value anymore. Financing at these levels smells of desparation on there part. It's a wonder there still allowed to trade on the Nasdaq. Gardy
