No star ceos available maybe? would've been a bonus ..
to hire an industry leader who has done this stage before. andys a known pick obviously, so no star ceo bump. but less of learning curve. hope he has solid biotech and investor contacts. he does present better than FO, but gotta limit his biz speak. Can't have analysts chuckling over his occassional lost-in-the-moment verbal run-ons. It's happened. Still, hope this works.

Hopefully he concentrates on what their mandate is, and that's Cancer immunotherapy. If he starts heading off in other directons it will be another 10 years. Gardy
