hope the mrkt's wrong

1) andy seems to be running out the clock on his contract - 'damage was done before he got to imv' he shrugs. just doing some housekeep before he moves on. 2) RS will be 10/1 as SP falls. although there's an outside chance 10/1 won't hit 1.00US needed. 3) with all the supposed bio experience on this board, and graff too, cannot a partner be enticed. whatever they are contributing appears to be failing. And with zero share purchase by board and mgmt at these levels, prospects must be lousy.
4) mgmt timing of no release 3Q data, then call for spec mtg, then late call for #Q fin results, and TCR interview stmt that 1Q23 data release (an eon away in terms of imv's life support) talking about only putting out data if it hits it out of the park - ceo rubbing his rabbitt foot while sounding like he's got this barn fire under control. 

owned this for > decade. so much promise.

Wouldn't have thought to look for insider buying but certainly almost nobody is triggering their rights purchases either. Now, they've still got money, and as they're not really doing any science, there's enough to cover admin expenses for more than a year.  So this seems a necessary retrenchment in order dilute in future to raise funds for more research.  The problem is ...more
