I spoke to Fred some weeks ago. He mailed me this:

Merck wants to protect its Keytruda franchise. With competition increasing from all other big players (BMS, Roche, AZ, Sanofi, etc..) finding the best combinations will be absolutely critical to stay on top.

If we continue to deliver good data and show good results with Keytruda I have no doubt they will be interested in partnering in a bigger way.
All of this being said we have been able to stay completely independent from both so far ie they don’t have any exclusive option.
When the times comes it will be important factor of value creation.

So I'm pretty confident the OC results will be comparable or better than Incyte. And then IMV has the perfect position!
