If you look at INO's chart it was pretty much flat for 2 months, then the news of $71mil from US gov and then it flew. I don't think there is so much of a covid rally as reaction to news. Problem is there is a time component to everything IMV do which just can't be skipped. I worked in the labs at a vaccine biotech, I've tried to walk myself through the process they are doing. I think it easily takes you to the end of June and maybe beyond and then you have to engage the various agencies. So we will eventually get our news and I'm hoping the publication, funding, CTA news should all follow in rapid succession. In one month we should know if this program is up and running or if it's stalled.
