Doesn't need to be an acquisition. There are literally hundreds of IMV type trials where new drugs are being tested alongside Keytruda. Every company is selling this as some type of partnership with Merck when it really is only a minimal flirtation. What needs to happen is for the company to get data to prove there is something real and then for Merck to really acknowledge this partnership by putting something meaningful into to process. Could be buyout, could  be a deal with $$ support for the next step in the process. Just like the regulators the question is is this enough data to make this happen?
