The company has 2 years of cash, the perfect position to enter discussions on a partnership. The data in DLBCL is solid, the biomarker is there, seems logical for Merck to make a deal now.

Merck doesn't have exclusivity so IMV could partner with other checkpoint inhibitors.

If we get some more PR's or maybe a CR tomorrow.... cant wait
