RE:Gotta love how Labbe hangs in there...It was a good "fire chat" with a smart moderator. Lots of good stuff in there. Having said that it is "show me" time. Having misled investors about Covid and having made many promises in the past that did not come through, one has to be sceptical about the timelines they are projecting. 

In answer to your question he is talking about injection of capital from a partner, be it Merck or someone else. At this point and time they have enough cash to conduct Phase 2 trials into infinity. 

Assuming Phase 3 registration trial happens that's where the serious $$$ are required and beyond IMV's current capabilities. 

I would also expect any injection of capital to be at much higher valuation levels, more in line with 1-2B valuations which is between $20-40/share. Raising here at $3-10 would upset institutional shareholders as it would further dilute their already mispriced investment.
