he seemed to be preparing to take it public form the start. 
 
did an interview in the post or globe where he claimed they raised a lot of money in a subsequent round...they didnt, only closed x thousand.  You could find filings wih the bcsc at the time

then (around 2.5 years?) after starting,  it shut down suddenly, all the students didnt get a refund, bankrupt. he said they were having technical difficulties...while they were clearing out

look at his linkedin, doesnt mention studentcarshare at all
