RE:High TideIt’s an option that Spiritleaf franchisees have been given by HQ but have been encouraged to instead stay closed. The reason being that head shops usually have much lower overhead because they are in low cost locations.
Spiritleafs strategy was to have high profile locations which cost a lot of money. Also the staffing is higher than head shops (unless you cut down to a skeleton crew).
Spiritleafs plan is is to avoid the lifestyle store option if possible and focus instead on full store openings.
