RE:The buy out

RE:The buy outSorry but that is a horrible deal, no matter what price you bought at!
-SNDL worst co. 2 + B shares and horrible revs
-below the $1 Nasdaq requirements meaning a R/S is imminent with a min. 10-1 to 30-1 therefore SNDL shares will be worthless to ish shareholders.
-worst time to negotiate a deal when the entire MJ sector is on a 3 month 50% or more drop for most companies

Can't understand why management would make such a moronic deal a 5 year old could have negotiated a better deal. They could have just continued to run the business and wait til the share price naturally rises as well as the sector turning around and could have sold for 2 to 3 times the price, why the rush???????
