"In arriving at our $6 price target, we apply a 30x multiple to our 2010 EPS estimate of USD .40, dicounted annually at 25%".
I take this to mean a 2010 price target of: 30x .40= $12 USD.
Discounted annually at 25% would have a 1 year target of $6 USD.This would of course assume a successful European trial, and possibly a partnership for psoriasis.
