No ProrationI just recieved .25 shares of BIPC for every IPL share I had and no cash. I tendered my shares on Wednesday when the new extended offer became available.
Perhaps with BIPC trading lower than the cash offer they decided it would be a better way to pay out.
Works for me as thats a tax free roll over
